 Honey Glazed Garlic Pecans

Here is another of my favorite nut recipes, “Honey Glazed Garlic Pecans”.  Again, this is a simple and quick recipe that gives you a healthy alternative to junk food. Make up a double batch and keep it on hand for snack attaches. I will warn you though, these are highly addictive.

2 cups Raw Shelled Pecans

3 Cloves Garlic Chopped Fine

2 oz Honey

Sprinkle of Salt

2 Tbs Butter (Salted or Unsalted)

Heat oil in a skillet over medium low heat; Add garlic and Sautee till lightly browned; add Pecans and cook 1-1.5 stirring constantly (the object is to very lightly brown the nuts); reduce heat to very low and add Honey by drizzling over the top and stirring to give and even glaze to the whole batch; sprinkle with salt and move to bowl or pan to cool; Stir occasionally as cooling to keep the gaze evenly distributed. ENJOY !
